Quite good signal here. (O)=3, (4) in peaks. QRMs makes a little problem and from time to time digital transmission covers completely West Coast.
But in generall much better than yesterday...

From my point of view 3835 (and similar below 3900) is good and in most time free. But in West Europe situation can be different.

Michael , i,m keeping it in my mind , but here in the west its not really free, there are some date signals sometimes.
