WNKR Testing on 1.649 now, 20 watts.
For about half an hour, so off by 01:30 UTC.

I might try again tonight but only if I can improve the ant here.
At the moment its very poor, I need a bit more height and length, I'll have to see what the winds are like.

I will monitor to MV band and see if you will be on. I might send you an SMS message to see if you are planning to be on. It's alos very windy here in Sweden. Last night we had gail winds here on the west coast. So I will have to check my antennas aswell.
