- 3 and half days mobile near Paris, mainly on telescopic antenna (then back to usual conditions in W. France)
Tough job to check it all, with many stations on the air and struggling/hopping for a clear frequency. Identification from the air gets often very hard, so it was not surprising to find in the logs more wrong IDs than usual (someone diagnosed wrong IDs copied from the chat). I understand the listeners cannot do much better with the IDs in such conditions. But a few, including among the best ones, could do better frequency readings and reports. Also ask Santa for radio controlled clocks in HH:MM:SS format with the choice of time zone. I would like to find one with the UTC choice, as I have to set my clocks on a different time zone twice a year in order to display UTC.
