3927 Radio Spaceman?

I'm receiving now station on 3927: in german.
But it has one of the strongest signal, that I have ever received (ofcourse from free stations). Over 44444.
In fact I added today simple ATU to my LW, but I'm not sure if it work at all...
But speaker said few times word "dipol" (I don't know germa language), so maybe he is transmitting on new antenna? If yes, I must say congratulations!

My signal meter is in the right corner all the way, this is a massive power station.

s9+30 with very slight fading here in Guernsey.

Spaceman is also very strong here with mx by Deep Purple now at 1910 UTC. The signal is very strong near +40 db.

Listening via DX Tuners Rommele site, booming in S9 + 30db.

I think a round the 3922kHz I am testing wit low power 7Watts
