Hi everyone:
This weekend started well, with a snowstorm and an unexpected holiday on Friday. As well conditions were quite good for most of the weekend.
Some very good programs from the US this weekend, particularly Captain Morgan and Wolverine. Cupid Radio had a great signal Saturday night, but suffered from several other stations starting on top of him. The real surprise was a Greek QSO on 1700 Sunday night that was my loudest reception of a Greek pirate yet.
I got up early on Sunday morning, but did not have much success. Evenings are still better here. But it was nice to hear morning-only stations Orion and WRI again.
Thanks to all the stations, and to all the great guys in Iann’s chat for their help with IDs.

Re: Logs from Newfoundland, Jan. 19-22
With help from a friend from Greece (http://anodos.freeforums.org/very-loud- ... t2029.html), I was able to identify the stations from the Greek QSO on Sunday night. The loudest station was Radio Cue from Thessaloniki, while the other station heard was Radio Sylvania from Trikala. Apparently there was a third station in the QSO that I did not hear, which was Radio Experimental from Drama. (Audio files of my reception are posted on the link given above.)
Always fascianating to hear free radio stations from this corner of Europe, and it's extra nice when you can identify them.
Cheers, Terry

Nice catches! Impressive signal strengths on the recordings!
I see that ataka (ατάκα) means cue, so Alexandr was right!
73 and good DX!
