This was my first real attempt to use remote RXs to scan the Pirate bands for Euro Pirate activity. Despite Summermeeting, the MW and SW bands were still very active with some interesting Pirate stations. Today, I mostly used a remote from the SW of England. Thanks to Barney of Remote Hams for such a great setup.
6300...1945... 555...Summermeeting Radio...Fun show from the event, playing Hall & Oates, Sting, Run DMC and many others. Also DJs from other Europirates took turns on the air.
6290...2019...212...BNA Radio (?)...High level of noise made it hard to copy, played some violin music but couldn't ID
6945...2026...444...Laser Hot Hits...Europop, good signal and audio
4015...2030...444...Laser Hot Hits...Different program, same style of music
6960...2035...232...Atlantic Radio...Pop music, weak signal surprisingly
1620...2040...444...Radio Barones...Mixture of music, mentioning Summermeeting and Achim
6240...2043...232...UNID...On briefly with music, then off abruptly
6930...2102...333...Irish Music Radio...Selection of current and oldies
6445...2233...333...UNID...Played Johnny Cash, Lloyd Price, Jerry Lee Lewis and Fats Domino then off suddenly
6310...2247...444...Radio Marconi...Played Putting on the Ritz before CD due to splatter on Summermeeting, came back on later at 2346 with "Roll Over Beethoven" by Chuck Berry
1661...2252...333...Radio Korenklopper(?)....Played "Moonlight Shadow" by Mike Oldfield followed by Dutch music, heard jingle with ID but unable to copy
Enjoyed myself thoroughly today. Hoping to do this semi-regularly as time permits.
Thanks for all the great shows!

The UNID on 6240 was probably Grolschman (UK).
