Cupid Radio Heard in the US

Its been a while since I've reported. Now that the season is beginning, I hope to be active once again.

Recently bought a Perseus SDR and have been working (with help from Guy Atkins) making a setup I can use at the remote site here. I'm planning on trying it out tomorrow morning. Hopefully propagation will be working and the bands will be active.

Tuned in to Cupid Radio today and was pleased to hear him.

15070.482 Cupid R. *1331:30 signal on on 15070.472 and song "Whats Going On" (I think) abt a half minute late. Long f/out for abt half an hour, then end of anmnt at 1402. 1409 "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin. 1Stabilized on 5070.572 by 1445 w/anmnt weakly. 1454 "Surrender" by Jon Anderson, and nice peak 1455, followed by "Eyes Without a Face" by Billy Idol. Readable jingle ID "powerful force" at 1539:50 followed by live e-mail anmnt. Another anmnt at 1551 w/ID and ment of USA, and tlk abt last weeks xmsn, then cont. Supertramp song. 1555 into "Bad Moon Rising" by CCR. 1602 "Walkin on Sunshine". 1618 nice ID, ment of US and Canada. Came up just enough at 1631 to hear "...until next time, bye bye...", more instru. mx, and another anmnt 1635. One more ID and off at 1636:33*. Very fady signal, mostly difficult, but also some nice readable peaks. A lot of local clicking pop noise. (4 Oct.)

the picture`s on youre sdr monitor looks realy brillant
i think the you are no able to hear more stations from oversea

Here are a couple screen shots that I just took to show you your signal. You can easily see the peak in the shot with the spectrographs. And the waterfall shows your signal as well in the other picture. Notice WWV at 15 mhz on the far left, and I think India on 15080 above your signal.

Please let me know how these screen shots look.

Your signal is fading quite a bit as would be expected. A lot of times its inaudible, but on peaks (like during the screen shots attached), its quite good. Keep up the good work!!
