UNID 1650 Khz

Dutch station heard at 23:43 UTC with close down.
Signal was strong S9= 10 but modulation was terrible sounded like FM but it wasn't.
Non-linear linear?

It could have been Radio Skymaster with very, very low power and he was modulating FM as he told. Modulation was indeed terrible.
He was in QSO with Radio Utopia and he did not use any music.

Hello,

Radio Skymaster was transmitting with only 2 watts, yes 2!! And he used a long wire antenna only 5 mtrs above the ground, sinking to 1 1/2 mtrs.
The antenna was 30 mtrs long. Allmost impossible to get to England with such low power, to get to radio Utpopia is possible.
Skymaster was transmitting from the east of the Netherlands near the German border.
