0822 R.Blackbird ? 6325 22222, Dutch-mx, not 100% ID

Two stations heard this morning. First time i hear the Blackbird, but not for 100% ID on him.

Also a surprice to hear what i believe is Radio Waddenzee on 1602 khz with a 9+10 db signal, normally no propagation in the day here on MW. Maybe someone knows better who it was ?

Radio Waddenzee / Radio Seagull is a licensed station in Holland. They have been on the air for quite some time, but signal strength has improved dramatically when they raised power to 1 kW. They have a surprisingly good signal during daylight too. They have transmissions from Radio Marabu in the evening!
