Laser Hot Hits on 48m

Hi everyone, I am listening to Laser Hot Hits on 6.285, they have played program material from the 1990's when they had an FM service on 99.2MHz here in the UK. They have a PO box in Canada, can anyone shed any light on this station please. Report is 33433 here in SW UK using Racal RA17Mk2 and longwire.
