Radio Viking

Post by Goran »

Hello UKDXER

The station you have heard is Radio Viking from Holland. I don't know if this is a new station or what but the station I was making info for is broadcasting from Scandinavia and on 6925 LSB. So not the same station. Maybe next time.

Two Radio Vikings - very confusing, especially early in the morning when I'm not quite awake! :)

I'll try for the other Radio Viiking next time but that will be more of a challenge.

Radio Viking Scandinavia

Post by Goran »

Hello UKDXER

I talked to OP of Radio Viking (6925) and he will annonce "Radio Viking Scandinavia" when he will be on air. And yes I agree, it's quite confusing.

Ok, when this real Scandinavian VIKING will be on next time.... on 6925? kHz. Shall be ready for try to listen.....

Of cource origin of the Vikings is in Scandinavia ;) .... But still nice station name used also worldwide.... Like Viking "expeditionists" travelling all over in their time long time ago....
