Bogusman generally uses 48m, but I have heard him here in the past.
I've got him here now with a 9+ signal, and just a bit of noise and fading. Although his exact freq is nearer 3931 kHz.
He's always good for a laugh, interesting mx too ...

I receive bogusman in NorthEast France S9+20db very strong but fading to moment and atmospheric QRM frequency for my is 3931 Khz.
I sent a reception report there is a little while to Bogusman I had no answer.
You have the same result!!!!

I'm not sure the Bogusman is very keen on reception reports. He seems to prefer listeners to send in interesting and ammusing stories etc ... (or maybe recordings of magpies singing in the garden
A while back, in an earlier broadcast, I remember him saying that he didn't generally QSL.
BTW ... are you sure that your freq is correct..? Only he's definitely on 3931 kHz here ??? (3931.2 - to be exact)
