Greece on 75mb - NOW!

Hi folks,

Radio Universe from Athens is on 3930 now (22.36 GMT). It's non stop pop, rock and disco music and sometimes the dj IDs in English on the song.

It gets in Italy weak, but this has no meaning, as I'm running just with the Degen telescopic, so to hear it is already a success.

Anyone having the Hellas guys?

yes i hear them with soft modulation but a good carrier.

Sorry nothing here at the moment. Only have a short antenna nothing good really, and to much local QRM from the nearby apartments.

Have a station with music on 3925 kHz at the moment. Dutch?

I caught West Coast on 3925 just as it closed down: canned ID, then slowed-down recording, then birdsong and off air 0046UTC. SINPO 34433, best signal I've ever had from you on 48 or 76 -- congratulations!

I also heard you just before closedown, SINPO 24322. Also i had a station on monday at 2337 UTC on 3925 with some rock-mx SINPO 24222, maybe that was you also. Over the last weeks conditions has been very very poor here, so its good to hear some station if only for a few minutes.

thanks for info. We are on air right now! Freq: 3930 KHz and 400W on a inv vee dipole!!

If you are still broadcasting now at oo.45 - 01.00 on 3930 I can copy yor signal quite good here in Sweden, at times heavy fading in the signal and non stop music.

By the way, the station heard on 3925 (3923) playing Greek music was fading out and disapered shortly after that I did post my other comment.
