6239.7 0840 carrier, probably JRRI
6259.4 0829 very weak talk
6266.5 0834 heard phonetic spelling of an address. This was off by 0842. Perhaps Radio Scotland International?
6285. 4 0830 carrier
6290.4 0830 carrier
6304.1 0843 carrier
