RADIO 6150, 27-02 near Czech-Polish-German border

today on sunday, 27-02-2011, we were able to receive here near
Czech-Polish-German border a new station called "Radio 6150" :

- RADIO 6150, 6150kcs, 10.58hrs UTC, SINPO 4-3,534,4-3
(Test transmission with endless tape and IDs in English, Dutch
and german language, giving also email qsl@radio6150.de ).

We meanwhile got the information that they are using a transmitter
with a power of only 5watts, unbelievable (but seems to be correct!).

Receiver: K-PO WR2100 with a 30mtrs longwire antenna.
