Could not understand more than a few words, e.g; "low power station"

Could be R. Rainbow relayed in Central/Eastern Europe.
Drifting TX, frequency hand-corrected from time to time.
Al ready something on Tuesday Sept. 14, a bit of sth. on Thursday, better on Friday (around 19.00), and again today Sat. 18 at 15.30 - 16.05. Music, annts in english, email address sounds like ...shortwaveradio@gmail.com (bit of carrier as early as 13.40). Today the frequency moves between 6310.0 and 6310.2 kHz.
An other (or the same?) low power was drifting around 6306-6309 around 11.50.
