Hi everyone:
It has been several weeks since I have posted my logs. I have been listening regularly, but I have also been extremely busy with work and a few other things.
One of those things has been planning a European vacation, including Holland. I will be at the Summermeeting on Saturday, and I hope to meet many of my pirate friends there. (One of the reasons I enjoy pirate radio so much is the many, many very nice people I have met. It will be great to meet some of you in person!)
It has been typical summer conditions this past month, so I can only hear European stations that are on very late at night. 48 m does not fade in until around 2130 UTC, and 76m and mw are much later. Even US stations do not generally fade in until after sunset (about 2330), so listening has been difficult..
This past weekend, however, was Independence Day in the US, which is always an active time on the pirate bands. I thought some European readers might enjoy some of the US logs.
