0H55 UTC of 6925 Khz USB is WTCR US Pirate station with medium signal in N-E France S1 to S5.

Oui, Marcel, j'ecoute aussi dans West Virginia. Very strong here tonight, a solid S-9. Just heard 'Cry Baby' by Janis Joplin. I just received my QSL-card from WTCR after only 12 days after sending my report. Reports can be sent to P.O. Box 1, Belfast, NY 14711, U.S.A. Dr. Morbius of WTCR will be very glad to receive any reports from listeners, especially as far away as Europe. Any of my friends in Europe that need contact info for North American pirates that they can hear, please send me an e-mail and I will send you the information. Now hearing WTCR playing Bruce Springsteen's 'Spirits in the Night.' This is the strongest signal that I have ever heard from them, and they always come in well here. 73's.

Ok avranesjr, ton franÃ§ais est bon, better at my English. Just 1H25 UTC announcement from Woman "This is WTCR very good signal is the stronger station I receive from the USA.
I have send to address in Belfast to one Week my report with CD to audio from WTCR and 1 US Dollar, I hope that Dr.Morbius send to my the QSL card.
