As has already been mentioned by other contributors, conditions on 48m today were a little strange. Here in Guernsey I was unable to hear much at all before 07.15 utc, other than Mystery on 6220 kHz and one other UNID on 6305 kHz. Some stations became better after 08.00 utc, but even then were prone to deep and shallow QSB, hence the SIO ratings logged here tend to be approximate and variable.
