Andy will be right

Post by Axel »

Hello,

good propagation on 48. And, as Andy says, it is getting better and better.

Spaceman joined the shortwave band again after a long period of silence with a superb signal and his usual personal show.

Frans made his usual very nice show.

Albert played nice tracks but sometime he did not know what he just played before. May be too much HF? He did not hear the difference between AC/DC and U2. Well, that is one thing I love on Free Radio. You would never hear such behavior on official radio.

II passed Geronimo in German as I always passed Thunderbird. By the way, where are all the mobile German stations ? Where are Bermuda, SRG, Likedeeler, KWRN and all the others. Maybe it is too cold outside and we have too much snow the month before. But I can tell you: spring is coming so please go out. I wait for you and all the others I did not mentioned.

Hi Axel,

Thanks for the report and comments!
Yes..i did make a few mistakes this morning
But not caused by HF i hope..
It was to busy  looking with one eye to the TX, the other to the chat, and i also was looking for music on You Tube..it is to much.

But a huge mistake was this: i was testing at 6180 because all the usual freq. are in use by other pirates. Then, someone on the chat was saying that Borderhunter was off, so i can use 6205.
I turn the DDS to 6205. That was what i thought anyway..but i had no glasses on and tune to 6305!

Oh well, next time always put my glasses on..
I made 2 video clips by the way were you can see the new TX on air:
