Radio Zulu Delta

Post by Dave Valko »

Just got a message from Radio Zulu Delta. Turns out that was the station I heard using the Web receiver on 6969.4, not Radio Free Delta. It was his first broadcast. He's using only 5 watts. He was on a little earlier on 6306 but changed frequency to 6269.4. It seems like we'll be hearing more of Radio Zulu Delta in the future!!

What time was that?

I heard a station last night (your morning) on 6969 under some RTTY, but couldn't pull it out (IIRC, it was ~ 0500 UTC)

Cheers!

I see I made a typo error on the freq. My mistake. It should be

6269.4

Sorry for the confusion. That was 0930-0957 UTC, 3 August, by the way.

Ah, OK.

6270 is a big and mostly constant RTTY station here. No chance hearing anything over it.

0930 UT is past my bedtime

Cheers!
