What does "RMRC" (on 9290) mean please ?

Hello,
just a question, what does the letters "RMRC" mean ? They were on 9290 today with nice music. Do they have an email or a web site ?

Yes I saw the thing about Firma Arkade in Achim's blog, I heard the program, and it was dutch language at the beginning and at the end. I am agree with Achim, it was not a german station.
