A lot of noise here this weekend.Reading other posts it does not seem to be a universal problem,so it must be local.I live in a suburban area with lots of open spaces,but still on the outskirts of a big city.
On Saturday I could only hear one station!
Today was better,the noise came and went.It was either FULL ON,Medium or non existant.When FULL ON all I could hear were the big signals,Scotland,Borderhunter,Mazda,Boomerang and 5815 was not so affected so Spaceshuttle were OK too.
When the noise lowered a host of other stations were audible.And when it stopped it was great!
I've read a bit about Beverage antennas lately,to reduce noise.I have some space,so if anyone out there has any experience of these please e-mail me as I would like to give it a try.
Great to hear Radio Spaceshuttle for the first time,I'm sure the TX wasn't in Finland but great to hear some fine Finnish free radio!
