It might be Radio Tornado. I saw a log from DJ Brother Dada on this forum about an unid on 6299 on Sunday afternon.
Jan from Finland replied to say he heard Radio Tornado on this frequency. It has an email address of radiotornadoshortwave@hotmail.com
Flamigo, Tornado .... sounds similiar I suppose!
