Help With UNID.

Heard a signal on 6311.2 at 2105 UTC but couldn't get any audio due to TVI. Something was definitely there. When I finally got to check it out on the Web receiver at 2122, it was gone. Thought it might be R. Barretina Int., but since it wasn't there at 2122 maybe it was someone else. Anyone know who it was?? Thanks.

Thanks. I went back up to the radio after making the post and sure enough it was there. So it did not go off. I guess its skipping over the UK Web receiver. Appreciate your listening and responses.
