I receive this moment 19H41 UTC Radio Underground of 3940 Khz with signal S2 to S7 SINFO 3222 but many atmospheric QRM und to moment strong Fading and QRM from Moldavia Aero Kishinev in russian language of 3940 Khz in LSB mode.
