15H00 UTC of 6309,4 Khz is Radio Valencia good signal S9+10 but many many thunderstormy QRN SINFO 42443.

Please, don't sent letters for R. Valencia to the BOX 73 in Neede, because he is NOT a member of the box 73!!!!
Every now and then we receive letters for Radio Valencia in the box??????
