Re: Logs from Newfoundland, June 20- July 5

Hi, It's very likely, that both of you heard Lightning Radio, our exact frequency is about 6990.5 kHz. The power is 25 watts here too, the antenna is a dipole 8 meters above the ground. BTW, I can send a QSL to any of you via e-mail if you want, just send me the date, time and sinpo reading. Thanks,...

Hello Jan. First of all, happy new year to you and all members of the forum. The saturday night programme was some archive shows of Kool FM Midlands from the UK from 1999. That was a sunday night broadcast and they closed down at one o'clock. The sunday night signal was also Bank69, thanks for the l...

Sorry, I switched on the transmitter at 2100 as usual,
but the audio was off untill 2230 UTC. I use an external
amplifier for modulation and I had to repair something.
But I'll be back tonight.

Hello Ray, Thanks for reply. I think that was me, the polish log surely. I was relaying a slovak FM station at all times. My antenna is a dipole, seven meters above the ground. I can't raise that higher in this location, however I'm gonna build a bigger transmitter soon. Untill that I have to use th...

Thanks to you all. Maybe it could be better in the evening.
I will be on air from 2100 UTC every evening for the time being.
The exact frequency is approx. 6991.15 kHz, maybe 6991.2
could be mine.

Sorry, I messed up the email address above. I have corrected
that.

Back on 6991 kHz

Hi all, I'm testing a new antenna from 0600 to 1200 UTC on 6991 kHz and also this evening from 2100 UTC. My transmitter also had some problem, that has been fixed. There won't be own programme, just a relay of another station. Power is still 10 watts, location is Eastern Hungary. The new email addre...
