Cactus jack radio not include in some logs ?

Some French dxers do not include the signals of cactus jakc radio in their reports.
We know that our signal comes in perfectly France, but they prefer to work and discriminate cactus jack radio shows.
Their reports are incomplete, and transgress the philosophy of a good listener.
I hope that from now that will not happen again.
