IRC/CHAT not work ... why ?

IRC : When press login no work.. ( in all rooms)
Chat : URL is not found ...

Sorry for the late replay. The IRC was running on an external server. This server stoped working, so that chat doesn't work anymore.
The Alfa lima chat doesn't work becaus Alfred stopped broadcasting and this service, becaus of other things. However there are two moderators watching this forum.
