Hello John,

conditions are probably too local for me but your signal is 100% readible with (O)=3-4. From the other hand Lowland was barely audible some time ago...
Here also nice weather - not hot [so far] and sunny.

Greetings to you and other PirateFriends

Michal

:ahowy: Nice solid carrier dead on 5815.0 when I tuned in around 0830 UTC, but could just barely make program out here in the eastern U.S. At 0845 UTC sounded like male DJ with reverb or echo announcement, but still not quite strong enough to make out exactly what the announcement was, even though I keep trying every Sunday morning (very early, as we are UTC -4 hrs. in Summertime!) #-o Seemed gone by 0900, but is less than an hour from daylight here, even though I can still see the moon shining brightly above the treetops out of the window. So not sure if just faded out since signal now would be over mostly daylight path, or just sign-off by 0900. I would definitely like to QSL Orion some day, so I will keep getting up middle of the night here every Sunday, and hope the propagation gods will smile on me sometime soon! Also, if you are on Saturday evenings, propagation has been very good after 2300 UTC., so maybe good time to try for reception in North America. I will raise a "brown bottle" to you later on, after I get few more hours sleep! :beerparty:
