thank you for this information.
I watched the range between 1650 and 1700 kHz from 20.00 to 20.30 UTC. There were some carriers around 1670/1680 kHz and also some stations (apparently Greek) on the air, but only for a few minutes and for QSO. There was nothing that identified them as R. Vihor.
