Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

Radio Lowland heard on approx 6310kHz between 1649 and 1657UTC s/off, SINPO 44333. Then Whitesnake on the same frequency at 1658UTC, SINPO 33433. Seems to be good conditions on 48m.
