Any foreign listeners who do receive the signal on 1674 ?
Or even better, anybody who knows where it's coming from ?

Some preliminary investigation showed that the strongest signal is received near the coast in the south-west of the Netherlands. Maybe it's off-shore or maybe it's located in England...

Nobody who feels the need to reply on this subject ? :(

Or maybe this (none pirate) signal is not received beyond the Dutch borders...

Do you mean it is stable carrier? What kind of modulation?
I have not noticed anything here on 1674 kHz (local?)

Here in SW Finland the only constant signals over 1600 kHz are:

- 1625.5 kHz. Blank carrier. I have never noticed modulation on it but of course there must be something on it sometimes. It is strong in Holland too, so we have thought this could be in Denmark???

- 1692 kHz. This is 2 x 846 Khz. Russian 2nd harmonic (or is it Czech)??

My observations over 1600 kHz: www.hkdx2.blogspot.com
