radio underground returns maybe for the last time . From around 4pm uk time till sunday on 3940.

I receive you in France in this moment 19H10 UTC of 3940 Khz with signal S2 to S7 SINFO 22322 and to moment S4 to S8 SINFO 32323 many atmospheric QRN and Fading.
