Free radio from Paraguay

PARAGUAY:
Adan Mur, from Ñemby, Paraguay, report about the tests
by a new shortwave station from that country. It`s
Radio Colégio Técnico Municipal Santa Rosa de Lima,
with irregular tests transmissions from Ñemby on 3220 khz,
in 90 meters.
The station has a very well local covering.
They transmitting with only 12 watts. They has a 1/4 wave antenna.
