Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

Does anybody have any idea what station broadcast on 1570 khz at 14.00 -15.30 (gmt +1).
Till 15,00 a verry strong signal , but from then the signal was verry weak and the noise was overpowering.
At 15,30 the signal was lost in the noise.
The station had been playing dutch and german polka`s and a view songs by elvis.
I received the station on the nw coast of holland on a nasa hf-4e and a ten meter wire.

CLR: think it was "Boer Koekoek", (central Drenthe) they use 1570/1566 very often.
This sunday i heard 1570 too, no id heard, but signal strength was s-9+20, so i think it was them.
