I'd just like to start by saying what a great job John has done with the Alfa Lima site.
The new look is fresh while still retaining a feel of the old site.Plus he has added a couple of nice little touches.
And the changeover was seamless.I am told there is more to come and look forward to that.

On the air he is still cracking it too!As always a nice mix of music and the best signal of the day again today!

Geronimo had a fine clear signal on 5800 and an even better one on 6265.Nice music from Dave Scott as usual.

I couldn't ID half the stations I heard today,partly due to the noise but also from the increasing(And annoying) habit of stations just coming on and playing music without any ID's at all.I don't get this.If you are on air,surely you want people to know who you are and react with you?(Unless these stations are relying on "The Chat").I do use the chat too,from time to time,but never on Sunday mornings,so for people like me,we have no idea who you are if you don't ID.

So,best signal of the day was Orion,then Geronimo followed by UNID on 6260,UNID on 6280 and UNID on 6315!

I am glad to read that you can appreciate the work i have done so far, on this board.
It's a nice board and we hope to put some more life in it.

I am also glad the signal was good; because i am using almost half the power as normal.

I see you did also copy Altrex again. The Unid on 6290khz was Altrex at that time.

So sorry for you, that you did'nt heard the ID.

But Andy, you will sure hear Altrex again sometime..

Hi John,

If that was half power then you may as well save on the electric bill!Last Sunday it made no difference.The signal sounded as good as normal.

But SW is strange.Some weeks it WILL make a difference and others it won't.

But in the main,power does not make as much difference as people expect.
