UNID help

I heard a very strong Dutch station tonight on approx 1638-1640kHz, between 2022 and 2058UTC -- I recorded some audio, but can't make out the name. He mentions Zender Mario, Karl Dorman, Golfbreker and Curacao, but the bit that sounds most like an ID is at 78 seconds, which sounds to me like "Radio de Goldfinger". If someone who speaks Dutch could have a listen, I'd be very grateful. There's an SMS number around the 64 second mark, which might help.
