Re: Logs from Bulgaria
Hello! I am going to look for more pirate stations on the band, but I have to upgrade to better receiver. My Sony ICF-7600D has 5kHz step and isn't very selective, so It isn't the best for receiving pirate stations. However, I have received some of the most powered pirates, Borderhunter, Oldtimer, etc.Caroline wrote:Hi,

Hi,
Your UNID on 6310 may be Radio TROPIQ. I could not hear a good ID, but the programme (and format) was close to a former programme from that station.
Your UNID on 6970 should be LASER HOT HITS, everyday 24 hours on that frequency for weeks or months.
Ray
PS. The main probleme with 7600 D is image frequencies : when listening to 6305, you hear 7205 as well. (Yes, the frequency + 900 kHz). Try to build a tuned loop with 1 big turn (1,20m) or 2 smaller turns (0,60m), approx, with a variable capacitor and a smaller coupling turn. Or build an antenna tuner including a tank L-C circuit to get some added HF selectivity.

Re: Logs from Bulgaria
Hello Federer,
It seems that your last log is from Friday night 22 of June this year,
so it would be better to make a new topic rather than add a "reply" to your older log from last year.
Add a new topic is nothing more difficult than to reply to an old one !
