hi all,i tried the 3megs inverted v antenna test sunday. i did not get on air till 18 15 uk time. i used 3.895, as soon as i switched on a station came on top of me. 3933 was in use , so went to 4.012. i had a report from a pirate friend who said my signal was s7 with deep fades. i stayed on air till 20 05 uk time.that looks like the only report i have had.!! i will try the inverted v antenna again, also i hope to use a clear freq of 3.885. so thats how sunday went , i tell you it was fun putting up a large pole by yourself.. now i have learned the hard way , next time it should be easy.so thats all from me for now.steve stjhon.
