I'm hearing someone testing on approx 6275kHz at 1700UTC: a tape loop with male and female announcers, announcing test transmission and asking for reports, but too faint under the static to copy at the moment. SINPO 24222 at most. It didn't sound like FinnHits, but I'm not sure.
I also heard it for some time to the moment when utility "letter" station from 6270 covered it... It had enough quality to copy an email address but I didn't listened carefully because I wanted to record this transmission. Unfortunately after computer start it was too late. SINPO about 22233.
