Interesting weekend. One evening and one morning...

Saturday 25 April (The morning and afternoon gave me exactly nil. Not one station heard! On the other hand I am happy with the radioweather in the evening and the high activity.)

3890 2053 Free Radio Victoria playing oldies from the 50's "Oh Carol", "Donna"... 25333
3900 1722 Skyline International Radio with dutch schlagers. Sign off 2114. 25322, at the end 35444
3900 2120 Sallandse Boer QSO with Noorderlicht and Skyline. Off 2121. 35444
3905 2115 Radio Noorderlicht with a report to Skyline. Off 2117. Sign on again 2122, reports to Sallandse Boer and mentioning Skyline. Off 2126. A real powermachine this! 45444
3905 2118 Radio Fox 48 moved here from 3908. Totally nil reception those minutes Noorderlicht was on, otherwise 25232.
3908 1950 Radio Fox 48 playing interesting "Mysteria"-music. Never heard in Finland before! Later popmusic. Was still on this fq 2115, but at 2118 on 3905. 25232
3930 1935 Piepzender´s webstream relayed (by Radio Continental?) Dutch music. Still on the air 2210. 35333
4024,6 2142 Laser Hot Hits with british music. Mentioned BRI and 6255 kHz... 35333
6220 2130 Mystery Radio 60's music this time in the nonstopprogramme. 45434
6305 1805 Radio Spaceshuttle in USB with music and talk. Did I hear Santana´s guitar at this hour? Very weak and problems with a splashing Cairo on 6290 kHz. 12321
6890 2142 PlayBack International with jazz. Also jazz earlier this day. 35444
6925 2056 Spider Radio in LSB this time, which made me close to miss the station. Maybe because of Spaceshuttle´s USB-test on this fq a little earlier? Sign off exactly 2100 as usual. 25433
6991,2 2203 Connection Radio played "Roxanne". Always good music but so weak... More power Peter! 15421

Sunday 26 April (Much better than on Saturday. Strong signals in the early morning but only a few stations made it up here later. Not home in the evening, so no logs then.)

5815 0659 Orion Radio starting with steelguitars, offshore tunes and "The young ones" -very nostalgic! Has John been watching "The boat that rocked" or ?? Later different kind of music. Sign off 0902. 25333
6210 0620 Radio Borderhunter playing a german waltz for the listeners Günther and Marco. Good reception this early. Sign off 0657. 35433
6210 1052 Radio Mustang with Pat Benatar "Love is a battlefield" and other hits from the 80's. 25232
6220 0734 Mystery Radio Nonstop music. 25333
6254,2 0643 Britain Radio International with a puff for Offshore Records Magazine. Fair signal this early but faded away after 0730. 25433
6290 0921 Radio Quintus sounded very much like a finnish pirate with hardrock (Lordi, Scorpions...) and a short radiotheatre. At 0935 the programmestyle changed completely to normal Quintus. 25222
6325 1502 Radio Relmus testing a new antenna with 30 watts and classic rock. Strongest station this date, so it was a success at least in my direction. Sign off 1520. 35433
6424,4 0715 Radio Pionier has usually short programmes, but can be on the air several times in one day. Sign off 0718. 25333
6870 0721 PlayBack International with one of those american radiostation-oldies-tapes from the 60's. 35333

unids on Sunday

6205 0945 weak music. "Venus" played at this hour. (Radio Suzuki heard all over Europe)
6259,6 0803 weak music. (Radio Saxonia heard in Germany, Sweden...)
6280 0804 weak music. (Radio Altrex heard by many)
6285 0754 strong station with technical problems or some kind of test. Played Feargal Sharkey "A good heart". Abrupt off 0755. On again with the same music 0807 and off the same minute. 35443
6375 1000 weak music.

Relmus now has the new record! I sent an e-mailreport and a filled QSL-card + personal letter came back in 13 minutes. I couldn´t have written that text in an hour!!!
Free Radio Norway had the old record with 16 minutes followed by the slow ones Radio Skywire and Radio Condor, both 19 minutes.

Radio: NRD 525G
Antenna: outdoor cupperwire, 20 metres long.

Until next weekend :beerparty:

Hello Jan, thanks for the log. The boat that rocked ; I have seen before that wasn't the intention. I like the old muisc wich was played on offshore radio The only problem is that I don't know titles and groups so pff it's hard to find them in my juke box haha
