Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

we had a big party over the change of the years at our home. This morning I was a little head egged. I tried to survive with salted fish and other crazy things. The doctor said I will still back alive tomorrow. So I made a little band check only.
Very interesting to listen to low power? Radio Morningstar with a loud and clear modulation playing Oldies. What the hell did Radio 700 on 3945? Was it a relay? Modulation was good but +- 12khz.
