Something on 6300...

Heard a carrier on 6300 at 0632 UTC, very rapid fading and low, muffled mod. Used exalted carrier SSB method to pull it out of the mud.
Signal started to pick up and caught the word "deputies" from a male voice at 0642. Signal was getting stronger, but at 0644, neighbor turned on a dimmer and wiped the band
Carrier abruptly disappeared at 0657.
RX Eton E5 w/10M wire + tuner.
