Very low signal with big noise.
Interference with Fax or faxymile...

Hello from the U.S.A., my friend! China National Radio CNR 1 program via Beijing transmitter site is scheduled on 4460 kHz. Hope this helps!

My radio have 1 khz down.... ( is my new radio and not calibrated yet)
Google not tell me any station on 4459 but 4460 yes.
Radio Nor Andina 4460 ( someties 4461 Khz ) The station uses 1 kw (originally 500 watts).
Morse station M29 listen too. ( 4462 or 3 )

China has some new frequencies too for Olympic coverage. They're popping up all over 22M and 59M.

Too early for the Peruvian station to propagate outside of Peru on this freq., as is still several hours away from darkness in Peru. If language is Chinese it is definitely the CNR1 program via Beijing. Beijing transmitter site is 8 hours ahead of UTC, so it would be a total path of darkness from Beijing to Poland, so would be very good propagation path, and transmitter is high power, listed as 100000-watts.
