UnID - 7145?

Hi,
Snagged a station on 7145 at 1020 UTC this morning and thought it was a SW broadcaster, but after an accented announcer break, broke into really kooky-ish old-time radio shows not typical of Radio New Zealand on this freq. with abrupt carrier kill at 1057UTC mid-song and didn't return.
No ID in that time.
