Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

This evening instead of Laser Hot Hits on 6210 transmits Voice Of Russia. I suppose they remain on this freq long time (A08 is coming), but I was unable confirm it on VOR webpage.
This is bad news for LHH listeners in most part of Europe... Maybe new frequency correction will be necessary?

I got VOR too on 6210, very strong, but it just stopped at 21H00 UTC. Now the frequency is cleared here in France.

Unfortunately I do not know when VOR started transmission. If they use this frequency only let's say 2 hours a day it will not be bigger problem for LHH and listeners.
Here VOR signal was 9s+30 or better.
