Saturday 8.3 (Time to listen in early morning and evening. Pity I missed Daiwa, ZK and the others in the afternoon...)

3935 1932 Laser Hot Hits playing "Final countdown".
4025 1930 Laser Hot Hits with electronic dancemusic here.
6210 0843 Laser Hot Hits UK Radio-programme and Cher singing.
6269,6 0904 Radio Altrex wishing listeners good morning. Played Blondie some minutes later.
6275,5 0820 Radio Rainbow gave mailaddresses to both Laser and Rainbow.
6280 0803 Radio Calypso playing Blondie like Altrex.
6295 0922 Radio Victoria "Nights in white satin" and abrupt sign off 0929. On air later again according to other listeners logs.
6211,1 1831 Radio l'Arboc with five minutes of commercials.
6325 0920 Orion Radio with all seven tubes glowing again. Strongest on 48mb this morning and good sound. Thanks for SMS to Radio Tina and others this minute.
6325,3 1619 Free Radio Holland & Sweetfire with a lot of schlagers. Still on air after 2030. Quick reply to my report with a Tornado-QSL (see picture of it on UKdxers logsite, he got one too). Thanks for this evening FRH & Sweetfire!
6882 1853 PlayBack International with "Mr Postman" and other oldies in the nonstop musicprogramme.
6925 1848 Spider Radio with Guns'n'Roses. Strong signal. USB.

Sunday 9.3 (High noicelevel like last week, but great shows from all stations made the listening fun anyway. Laser had a bad sunday here, 75 mb never opened up in the evening and the radioweather didn´t favour UK on the 48 mb)

5815 0905 Orion Radio playing "Fox on the run". Over the noicelevel but not much more, better around 1000.
6210 1424 unidentified UK-station here talking and playing Westlife. Must be Laser, but didn´t hear any ID the minutes it faded up.
6220 1600 Mystery Radio with nonstop music. Strong signal some hours later.
6290 0902 Radio Victoria playing soft music this morning. Still heard at 1000.
6306 0930 Radio Viking met Tante Foek At 0940 Viking himself was behind the microphone. When I checked 1200, Tante Foek was on the air. Very genuine "familypirate" this. I love listening to them weekendnights on mediumwave. There is only one Tante Foek!
6310 0730 Radio Lowland with schlagers. Sign off soon after 0830. Strongest station in the 48 mb.
6312,2 1810 Radio l'Arboc with a slow tempo this sunday. Opera followed by some symphony. Before 1800 one hour of experimental jazz...
6324,8 0729 Radio Paardenkracht with pop and schlagers. Still on the air at 1000.
6325 1427 Radio Face de Blatte playing interesting music. Samba, CCR, african, "Kom en dans de Piratendans", disco, Queen... Everything seemed possible here. Would like to hear more from this station. Final sign off at 1645 after some on/offs. IDs like "R-F-B".
6882 1735 "PlayBack International live from the island of nowhere" At this time Janis Joplin "Piece of my heart" ended. Then the puff for Summermeeting 2008 was played. Then Aerosmith ... and Guns'n'Roses... What a rockshow! The liveprogramme was ment to end at 1800, but the DJ was haunted by a big piratespirit and couldn´t stop before 1820! :pirate-great:
6925 2048 Spider Radio playing "Mr Tambourine man". Strong signal as usual, but the USB makes the sound a little bit thin. How is it going with your AM-plans Costas?

Jan

Radio: NRD 525G
Antenna: 20 metres cupperwire thrown out from the window, partly under the snow at the moment...
