Double Kilo Radio tonight

Just got a phone call from Double Kilo Radio saying he will be on the air tonight (2 March UTC time) around 6308 khz at 0000 or 0100 UTC. He seemed a little confused about the time but I believe he'll start at 0100 UTC. He uses 900 watts and should be easily heard if the recent solar disturbances don't absorb too much of the RF.
